Abstract
Currently, in potato farming in Uzbekistan, in order to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of seed-date, the development of rapid propagation technology of seeds of new potato varieties and ones imported from abroad is of urgent character. The study of different potato varieties, the influence of seedlings on their output, growth, plant development, formation of crop yield and seed quality was carried out. The basic elements of cultivation technology, which provides up to 20-23 tons of high-quality crop per hectare, are scientifically and economically justified.
