THE PROBLEM OF IMPROVING FINANCIAL LITERACY IN CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA: ECONOMIC CULTURE AS A MEANS OF EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INCOME

In the article the authors of the study consider the problem of increasing the overall level of financial literacy among the population for the purpose of planning actions with cash. For the actualization of economic education, data are provided on surveys of all-Russian studies, as well as among students of a higher education institution.
