PERSPECTIVE ENERGY EFFICIENT SOLUTIONS IN CONSTRUCTION

To "passive" houses are buildings in which architectural and construction means are used to increase their energy efficiency. The article considers the concept of an energy efficient house, how it works, its dignity and the development of energy efficient construction in Russia based on the experience of foreign countries. The laws of foreign countries that also contribute to the development of this construction have been studied.
