Abstract
Reclamation state of the irrigation system is largely determined by the water regime of irrigated lands. In its turn, the water regime of land depends on the regime in irrigated crops. The significance of this problem for rice irrigation system increases as the intensity of the ameliorative effects on irrigated land is much higher than conventional irrigation system, where the upland crops are cultivated. Rice irrigation systems are in a state where they cannot take large reclamation load without any perceptible harm. In this regard, the task of creating favorable environmental conditions on irrigation systems now implies reduction to a minimum load of reclamation.
