Abstract
In algoflora of middle flow of Zarafshan river 10 species of euglenoids are revealed, out of which 6 species belong to Euglena genus. 9 species out of the determined euglenoids refer to indicator-saprobic. All identified species belong to cosmopolitan. In summer and in autumn almost all species can be found in the algoflora. Development and distribution of the euglenoids in the algoflora is closely connected to influence of ecological factors.
