Abstract

The aim of the article is to investigate the usage of innovative approaches to organizational structure formation of HR management. The article proves the compelling necessity of the creation of the innovative organizational structure. The author carried out the comparative characteristics between traditional and innovative organizational structures of HR management. Main features of innovative HR Department and the professional qualities for the employees have been determined. Along with this the author analyzes the whole process of creating of the innovative HR Department. New economic conditions require adaptability, rapid response to changes in the environment, and therefore - highly qualified personnel. The innovative HR organizational structure of the enterprise meets the mentioned requirements, which will enable domestic enterprises to operate effectively in the "new" knowledge based economy.
