PR-DIVISIONS IN THE STATE BODIES OF FINLAND

Аt the stage of forming a new model of the Finnish state (since the end of world war II) all key ministries were part of the unit responsible for the development of public relations. The events of the early 1990s, associated with the end of the cold war significantly influenced the further evolution of the system of public administration of the Republic of Finland. In particular, the disintegration of world system of socialism provoked a socio-economic crisis in the country, the result of the overcoming of which was the optimization of the entire system of public administration. Because of its conduct significantly reduced the number of management structures that implement powers at the local level, and existing in their structure PR structure was removed from the control system and institutionalisierung in the «public infrastructure».
