KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS IN THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION

This article examines the indicators of the efficiency of the logistics system at the enterprise, as one of the factors of increasing the competitiveness of the organization. Having studied the situation in the market of developed industrial countries, using the example of large companies, I identified the main indicators of the application of this approach, and also concluded that the implementation of the methodology for determining and applying key performance indicators in the field of quality, as well as the training of quality specialists in this field .
