Abstract
The article presents new data on the normal and abnormal formation of intergenomic endosperm, depending on the ratio of ploidy of tissues involved in the formation of hybrid seeds. Advanced methods have been suggested and tested that compensate for the negative manifestations of the incompatibility barrier, which allow the viable interspecies F1 hybrids to be accelerated; successfully to restore their fertility and to use synthesized amphidiploids for breeding as donors of value character of wild types.
