Abstract
The reliability of submarine pipeline systems is provided by the modern maintenance and repair operations, based on the data of the current technical condition of the facilities. The quality of offshore pipeline inspection by means of magnetic tomography (Aqua MTM) depends from the scanning parameters at magnetometer movement above the pipeline axis. The article suggests the scanning quality criterion at application of Aqua MTM technology to provide security of submarine infrastructure.
