Abstract
Giftedness means having potentially superior abilities. The issue of giftedness gets more and more relevant today. Its diagnostics and development have been a matter of great concern to the teachers over many centuries. The reason for this issue being of the utmost interest is due to social needs, primarily due to public demand for a special creative personality. It is highly gifted people who are most capable of making outstanding contribution to the development of society.
