Abstract
The article describes the practice of forming students' tolerance in the process of learning foreign language in multicultural higher educational institution. It is proved that the method of personality-centered interaction at the lessons of foreign language promotes forming tolerance at students of multicultural higher educational institution. This process succeeds if a teacher builds relations with students basing on the principles of culture dialogue and personality-centered interaction.
