Abstract
High rates of poultry require solving problems such as the expansion of raw materials in the production of animal feed and providing calcium deficiency in high layers. However, the production of vegetable juices and canned produce large amounts of waste that are highly perishable and require immediate disposal. Therefore, a prerequisite for the development of the poultry is to develop a method of processing byproducts canning industry in feed additives. The article presents the technology in processing tomato pomace feed additives compared to conventional technology. Theoretically grounded choice of components tomato feed additive and the need to find cost-effective ways of processing tomato in tomato feed additive (TFA). To determine the possibility of using TFA as a component of feed in the laboratory the influence of extrusion process on its physical properties. TFA samples were examined for indicators that are most characterize the technological properties of final products and the efficiency of extrusion. It was also studied the chemical composition and TFA corn before and after extrusion. Profiles extrusion aroused the interest of research changes the amino acid composition of proteins TFA influenced extrusion. In TFA samples determined the degree of extrudate swelling that characterizes the efficiency of nutrient absorption by the body of birds. Conduct zootechnical experiment on chickens, laying hens of the production period of cultivation using feed with the addition of TFA in an amount of 25% showed that the resulting TFA characterized by satisfactory physical properties and is able to solve the problem of expanding the range of feed raw materials, waste canning industry with high moisture content, calcium imbalance in laying hens during ovulation and reduce the cost of production of feed for poultry
