REGULATION SYNDICATED LENDING TO THE CIS COUNTRIES (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS, REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN, REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA)

Abstract
The author analyzes the regulation of syndicated lending in the Commonwealth of Independent States mainly in three aspects: 1) the credit relationship between the borrower and the lenders, 2) the relationship between the lenders in the syndicate, 3) the relationship between the syndicate and the facility agent. The author comes to the conclusion that the regulation of these relations there is a similarity, and the results of a study of the legislation of CIS countries may be used when adjusting the legislation of Russia. Thus, the Russian legislator can be borrowed from the practice of regulation of relations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in part of the introduction as a form of partnership, consortium and practice of the Republic of Moldova in the development of model forms of contracts.
