Abstract

The floor materials based on the needs of Pets (dogs) in the nutrient and biologically active substances (BAS) scientifically grounded selection of feed ingredients for the production of protein-vitamin-mineral supplements (bvmd). The characteristics of the obtained bvmd for Pets (dogs), developed a scientifically sound recipes using Cosmophysicist for organoleptic, physical and chemical quality indicators. Bvmd is designed for dogs depending on the recipe can contain from 30 to 36% crude protein. Comparative analysis of quality indicators of bvmd for dogs in accordance with the requirements of normative-technical documentation demonstrated compliance DSTU 7111-2009. The article presents the results of the evaluation of the sanitary quality of feed raw materials and finished products bvmd for K-Manh animals (dogs) during storage for four months in plastic packaging in the unregulated conditions at a temperature +10– 15°C and a relative air humidity 60...70 %. All the studies to determine the microbiota of feed ingredients was carried out for the components that are most exposed mcraly spoilage during storage: mussel meal, Cree-lion flour, algae, yeast, calogen. The sanitary condition of feed ingredients and finished bvmd for dogs was evaluated by quantitative and qualitative composition of microorganisms: mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (MAFAM), bacteria of group of intestinal shelves coliforms, pathogenic (Escherihia coli and Staphylococcus aureus), pathogenic microorganisms (Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Proteus, sulfitereducing Clostridium, fungi and yeast), which was determined by the classical methods by seeding in nutrient medium with subsequent cultivation and characterization of crops. The results of the study are the characterization of the microbiota of feed ingredients included in bvmd for dogs. It should be noted that all the examined raw materials and bvmd E. coli, Salmonella, aureus, Proteus, Clostridium sulfare not detected. On the basis of the research results the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microbiota of feed ingredients and bvmd for dogs found that indicators total number and indicators if the plate of micro-organisms (coliforms) are within acceptable limits during the storage of 90 days. Recommendations regarding the use and storage of feed ingredients and bvmd for Pets.
