Abstract
ECG monitoring was carried out among organized male population (1296) in Kogalym (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra) aged 20-59, working under a rotation system. Relatively low prevalence rate of CHD according to high standards (2.2 %) is found out as well as its variations: myocardial infarction – 0.15 %, angina sine dolore – 0.2 %. It is proved that occurrence of all CHD variations increases statistically significantly along with the age of the patients. The potential CHD is revealed 1.7 times more frequent than certain CHD. Among the range of potential CHD, the “potential” ischemia is more frequent – in 2.1 % of cases. Prevalence rate of arterial hypertension increases along with the age, while the information level on arterial hypertension and compliance stays low at men working under a rotation system. Chronic bronchitis occurs almost 4 times more frequent in men than in women.
