Abstract
In the framework of Zdorovie (“Health”) national project implementation, 130 pregnant women aged 16-60 and older living in Khanty-Mansiysk had ECG monitoring. Cardiac rhythm disturbance in pregnant women increases along with gestational age, haemodynamic compromise and trimenon evidence. High rate of cardiac rhythm disturbance in pregnant women is 13,1 %, requiring prescription of additional test measures including ECG Holter Monitoring, EchoCG etc. Ventricular myocardial hypertrophy and its overload, especially of left heart should be considered as a risk factor of cardiac arrhythmia development in pregnant women, caused by increased hemodynamic load.
