Abstract
The article studies the influence of immune system modulation on the efficiency of live plague vaccine in the experiment. The comparative analysis of effect of polyoxidonium and betaleucine on immunogenicity and protective activity of live plague vaccine in animal experiments. Immune system modulation accelerates the appearance and disappearance of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease (early stage) and provides more rapid antibody response (effector phase). Activation of immune response by betaleucine is more efficient than by polyoxidonium. Immune system modulation in experiment on guinea pigs increased the protective activity of vaccine.
