6-MWD test, commonly used for functional class evaluation of congestive heart failure (CHF), has certain disadvantages, such as research subjectivity and the influence of coronary reserve on the test results. The search of methods for strain standardization during 6-MWD in patients with CHF is a current issue. During the work the efficiency of developed 6-MWD with online monitoring of cardiac rate for a group of patients with idiopathic hypertensia and / or ischemic heart disease.
