Abstract
The article describes briefly the nature of edemometry – the microcirculation study method developed by the authors. Subcutaneous water pressure at cholecystitis, pancreatitis, after intravenous infusion of glucose and electrolyte solutions, before and after the meal and at terminal state in 82 patients was studied using this method. The changes of subcutaneous water pressure depending on the disease and influence on the organism are revealed. The received data allows evaluating the microcirculatory medium state at normal state, at certain diseases, influence on the organism, and can be used in clinics for diagnosis and treatment.
