Abstract
This article deals with the issues of usage of the Russian literary language norms in a diplomatic discourse. In this article some typical mistakes in the dialogical and monological speech are analyzed. Also linguistic and methodological tasks are described, training aids related to the specifics at learning professional speech in Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation are presented.
