Abstract
Modern world, characterised by the imposed globalisation of people and their communities (countries) achieved by using the most powerful world countries’ ideological phrases, called “mundialism”, has considerably changed the existing ethical and moral norms in all aspects of life, including the sphere of socio-economic development. These changes are meant to create the functional man who will become a cog in the system guided by invisible forces. Since man is, regardless of his alienation problems, a being full of hope, it is realistic to expect the growth of true ethical and moral values in the future, which will enable him to curb the retrograde powers that prevent him from developing into a human, conscious, free and social being in his natural, working and social environment.
