Abstract
Based on the present experience, we believe that information technology is very useful for general knowledge, knowledge management, however, knowledge of science complete can not embrace IT as a separate science. In this paper we consider the relation of information and knowledge with special emphasis on the possibility of conversion from one to another. This concept emphasizes that what we have to do is actually packed under the name of science knowledge. This review also highlights the basic elements of knowledge such as science, people, information and systems. The work will contribute to the development of new systems to improve the methodology of organization and implementation of knowledge.
