Abstract
The paper analyzed the main factors that in uence the rock mass and coal state monitoring system creation at coal mines. A complex creation including the rock mass state monitoring system and the system of air and gas control (AGK) is proposed. The monitoring system content includes surface and underground parts consisting of control instruments and multifunctional software package.
Initially created by the mine monitoring system for rock mass state in conjunction with the AGK system and the obtained data processing by trained personal will complement the current forecast performed by an instrumental method that will improve the ef ciency of production management and safety of mining operations. The surface part of the monitoring system will generally assess the geodynamics of the coal-mining enterprise and control of potentially dangerous shiftings of the rock mass, which can lead to dynamic manifestations in the mines.
