Abstract
Discussed possible scenarios of ignition and explosion development in mines. Proposed assessment of suppress the dynamic and thermal effects of explosive waves conditions, providing a complete attenuation of the detonation wave of a methane - coal dust - air mixture to the level of the acoustic wave. Estimated values agree with the experimental data.
