Abstract
The rapid advancements in hardware, software, and computer networks have facilitated the shift of the computing paradigm from mainframe to cloud computing, in which users can get their desired services anytime, anywhere, and by any means. By using Database as a Service for different heterogeneous data in protein databases by Neo4j and with Mongo DB, it is very helpful to retrieve the document oriented data and graphical data through a web application for further purpose. By storing a huge amount of data in databses inside the data center that hosts the cloud environment, the cloud storage system must store data reliably with a high efficiency in terms of both storage overhead and data integrity. Thus the data can be easily used for visualizating a metal binding proteins easily as different databases.
