OAK IN A CLASS ROOM: FROM SEEDS UP TO A TREE

Abstract
Natural science, ecological, social and moral education, in opinion of the author, are among themselves strong connected. In given the author shows clauses, how it uses the trees growing in a school court yard, for integration is higher than the mentioned components of education in a primary school. All begins in 1st form (7 years old). Pupils get acquainted not only among themselves, not only with social and technical, but also with a natural environment at school. The special attention is given big subjects to trees. Pupils have found out names of trees, have it counted up, have made the diagram, saved a material, using the literature, arranged the fiesta devoted to trees, especially, to an oak. In the beginning of 1st form, in the autumn, reaped a “crop” of acorns, 10 from them have sown, having put forward idea to bring up an oak in a class room. Only unique sprout in the spring has grown. From the beginning it grew in a class room, and toward the end academic year, have replaced in a court yard of school. Every year the oak grew approximately 15 cm. All activity of the pupils, connected with cultivation of an oak, had very good emotional background, spirit of co-operation between pupils. As the author asserts, all process of cultivation of the tree has created to the teacher of a condition for the best knowledge of the pupils, for the decision and achievement of the educational purposes.
