Abstract
The article is dedicated to problems being of sculpture in environment consider the example t. Tula. Some pieces of sculpture by I. L. Kotenev, apprentice of A. N. Burganov, are examined. There are design-like characteristics in these sculptures and memorial plates. The connection between these pieces and spatial, historical and cultural urbanistics context is analyzed.
