THE ROLE OF PUBLIC RUSSIAN COMPANIES IN PROMOTING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN NANOTECHNOLOGY AND VENTURE CAPITAL INDUSTRIES: SUCCESS OF FAILURE?

The author made an attempt to disclose the main reasons for the success and failure of implemented business projects by state-owned companies, including the ROSNANO, in the process of innovative economic development in the country. Analyzed the state contribution in the creation of public institutions and research centers for supporting innovative projects are affected. The author used quantitative and qualitative research methods to get expected hypothesis on this topic.
