Abstract
: Extranodal NK Cell or T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, is an uncommon lymphoma, usually with an NK-cell phenotype and EBV positive, with a broad morphologic spectrum, frequent necrosis and angioinvasion, and most commonly presenting in the midfacial region, but also in other extranodal sites like palate, skin, soft tissue GIT, testes etc. I would like to report to the best of our knowledge, two such cases evaluated in our institution . Both the patients presented with destructive lesions involving the nose and oral cavity. The lesions were biopsied, HPE proved and managed subsequently with chemoirradiation
