The Ways of Enhance Innovation Policy in Ukraine

The article is devoted to topical issues of the analysis of the customs policy of the state, identifying ways to activate it. State financial support of innovative enterprises in Ukraine support is not sufficient for their development. Bank loans are available at high interest rates. The development of the direct lending contributes to the reconstruction of business innovation. Universities must become the core of innovation and the expansion of financial literacy.
