Abstract
This article provides information about the last International
Conference “Liturgical practices and religious art in the multiethnic region” on the basis of the Adyg State University (Russia, Maikop). Reveals the diversity and differing vectors of research scientists of art historians, historians, teachers, psychologists, theologians, philologists, philosophers. An apparent attempt to collective interaction in planning the strategy and tactics for further research in this area, as well as the unification of specialized terminology related to both the basic concepts of “religion”, “belief”, “traditional belief”, “monotheism”, “polytheism”, “Paganism”, and the definitions applied to “religious music”, “sacred music”, “religious practices”, “religious art”, etc. The authors conclude that this situation may initiate long-term research in the framework of the research project
