Ensuring the economic resilience of the meat-processing enterprises, in the constantly changing conditions of the external and internal environments, is the basis for their stable functioning and independence from the changes in the market conditions, the possibility of maximizing profitability, meeting the obligations, preserving and enhancing investment attractiveness. Problems in managing economic resilience are often caused by the adoption of unreasonable, having no alternative, lacking logical consistency and clear focus of the managerial decisions and measures of impact which provide only a short-term stabilization of the enterprise functioning, but do not modify the situation dramatically, in the direction of stabilization. An important task is to identify additional opportunities for making effective, timely decisions in the field of management which determine the appropriate preventive measures in the current trend towards negative changes in the activities of enterprises.
