The factors of formation and stimulation of socially responsible behavior of personality, business, society, state in Ukraine.

The results of the expert survey connected with the regular socially responsible behavior of person, society, business and government, which were held by the Institute of Industrial Economics of NAS of Ukraine at the end of 2012 and the first half of 2013 are generalized in the article. According to the results of this expert survey the causes of social responsibility underdevelopment in the system of social relations in Ukraine were identified. The main factors in formation of socially responsible behavior of person, society, business and government were structured. The ranking of social institutions in terms of their impact on the development of the social responsibility of the individual were made. The weight of the motives for the initiation and development of social responsibility in Ukraine was estimated. The probability factors for the conversion of social responsibility in Ukrainian society, to make it a way of life, we estimated. Strategic directions of guaranteeing of the social responsibility development were substantiated. They include such elements as strengthen the law, ensuring the inevitability of the application of liability for breach of the legal and moral standards regardless of status, as well as making barriers on the way of the moral degradation of the individual and society, the development of their spiritual and cultural potential and creating the conditions for the revival of mental Christian values of Ukrainians.
