Abstract
In the article reviewed the Public Sector Coal Industry of Ukraine. The existing methodology for assessing coal mining companies, defined weaknesses. The activity of the coal industry for compliance Pareto. State coal mining enterprises ranked by performance indicators. Assigned to each index coefficient that determines its place among the surveyed companies. Calculated integral indicator that characterizes the feasibility of operating the company. Ranked by priority of mine to liquidation.
