Improvement of legal forms of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine

Ikhodya from the real situation the state of GMK, for which characteristic, is considered in the economy of Ukraine: break of technological streams; private-oligarchic pattern of ownership; immunity to the innovations; orientation to the oversea markets; alienation of workers from a propert and management enterprises; certain problems in relationships with the organs of management of state, regional and local level. Grounded suggestion on perfection of legal forms of enterprises of GMK: forming of vertical-computer-integrated structures of complete cycle of producing goods; forming of corporate-public propert; gosudarstvenno-public partnership; participating of the state and workers is in the propert of enterprises; forming of mini-factories.
