Scientific-methodical approaches to formation of economic value added in the mining complex of Ukraine

Defined the essence of the category «economic value added» which allows to estimate efficiency of the enterprise activity through how this company is estimated by the market. To ensure effective upgrade of production of innovative modernization must include not only large-scale conversion of technique and technology of production, but also to address issues of work organization, training and retraining of personnel, management of the industry and to provide compensation mechanisms negative influence of natural resources in the functioning of the mining complex. Were defined main goals of modernization of the mining shaken off: improve the quality of iron ore; the technical upgrading of technological processes; expansion of production capacity; modernization of production on the basis of cluster hike; project management on the basis of international standards and other. Implementation of these directions should be carried out in the framework of the unified state strategy. Grounded principles of carrying out the comprehensive modernization, namely: innovation, government regulation, strategic planning, regulatory and effectiveness. Presents blocks, which are included in structure of a modernized hi-tech mining complex: scientific, industrial, educational, infrastructure, governance and social.
