Abstract
The article shows the connection of labor management functions with the motivation function, as well as highlights such features of management function that can be taken as a basis for analyzing company’s personnel motivation.Cyclical character of management functions and sequence of management functions within one cycle are considered, as well as basic conditions for providing motivation for employees.
