Specifics of the formation of mining companies capitalization in Ukraine

The urgency of the research is to justify the conceptual provisions which concern the increase of mining companies efficiency based on capitalization management. The internal and external factors affecting the value of capitalization are analyzed. It is proved that the increase of enterprises efficiency can be achieved throughthe effective management of capitalization. The assertion is made that the effective management of natural resources is an internal factor affecting the efficiency of market capitalization. The practical significance of the study lies in examining the possibility of investment processes in mining companies.
