Abstract
It was analyzed the main parameters of regional budgets of Ukraine for the year 2014. It was defined existent asymmetries of a system of financial and budgetary regulation as a main component of budget politics of a country in conditions of transformational changes of economics. Attention was paid to differences of regional budgets of Ukraine and European Union.
