Abstract
Utilising the method of multi-dimensional medium the level of development of small businesses of Luhansk region on the basis sectoral and territorial characteristics studied in the article. Classified main reasons for its poor condition and identifies immediate measures to stimulate development that are expedient to be utilised at the regional level.
