Possibilities of Stabilizing of the Centralized Water-supply in Rural Locality (on Materials of the Donetsk Area)

An analysis testifies to substantial reduction of the centralized water-supply of rural settlements in the Donetsk area - shallow region of East Ukraine. Found out reasons of degradation of water-supply, conceptual positions are offered in relation to stabilizing positions, more important from which is ultra-hard legal responsibility of public servants of city self-government organs, leaders and collectives of enterprises of plumbingsewage economy for efficiency of menage, maintainance and recreation of capital assets.
