Evaluation and Comparison of the Level of Modernization of Fixed Assets in Western Ukraine

The methodological aspects of the definition of the modernization of the fixed assets and analysis of quantitative indicators of the evaluation of the dynamics of the modernization of the fixed assets in Ukraine are presented, the specifics of their application in Western region are using in the article. The estimating of the dynamics of the level of he modernization of the fixed assets in West region is done. The new method of the estimating of the level of he modernization of the fixed assets is proposed, as a ratio of benefits from fixed assets to the residual value of fixed assets.
