Abstract
Thanks to continuous improvements in treatment protocols over the last 40 years, the number of childhood cancer survivors have risen steadily and, recovery rates are now at around 80%. This means that there is an increasingly higher number of adults who are pediatric cancer survivors among the general population. Endocrine problems are among the most common late sequelae in survivors of childhood cancers in general, and in posterior fossa tumors.
