Archaic components of the Ukrainian text of the funeral rite: euphemistic constructions and established connections for the marking of death

The article analyzes euphemistic constructions and established connections for the marking of death in order to actualize archaic ritual text structures, as well as the relationship between the lexical and phraseological semantics of words in the texts of the funeral rite. The role of the named lexemes as linguistic signs in the construction of the Ukrainian mental world is revealed, the circle of lexical associations about death and the process of dying in the linguistic consciousness of the Ukrainian people are defined by observing the euphemistic constructions.
