Abstract
This article discusses the essential features, the characteristics and purpose of the ac- tive method case-study. The method "case-study" as a method of active problem-situation anal- ysis based on learning by solving specific problems – situations the Lack of a single specific standard for the presentation of cases allows the teachers to choose the most optimum structure for its implementation in the educational process. Rational application of the method is achieved in the case of systematic use in accordance with the educational goals and objectives
