Abstract
Organisational change has been commonly cited as organizational development and organizational transformation. Organizational transformation can be a radical movement that reflects widespread revitalization in the organization. Employee involvement makes an associate environment by which an employee have an impact on decisions and actions which affect their jobs. Employee involvement and organizational development have been adopted by various kinds of organizational changes which are inevitable to survive in today’s cut-throat environment. Organizational changes have been regarded as organization-wide change, as opposed to smaller changes such as adding a new person, modifying a program, etc. Suggestions for implementing the employee involvement for effective change management have been discussed and explained below.
