Abstract

The article describes key features of electronic educational methodical complex development. Basic requirements for the structure and detailed description of all invariant components of electronic educational methodical complex are formulated. It is given systematization of recommendations on the process of electronic educational methodical complex creating. Attempts are made to formulate the main phases of electronic educational methodical complex development, following which guarantees the creation of full, effective and high -quality educational product.
