FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF FORMATION OF MUNICIPAL BUDGETS AND STABILIZE MUNICIPAL FINANCES

The budget is central to the country's financial system, regions and municipalities. Its main purpose - with the help of funds to create the conditions for effective economic development and national solutions of social problems, such as the provision of public goods and services, income redistribution, stabilization of the economy. The aim of this work is to study the characteristics of the formation of income and local budget on the example of countries such as the USA and Germany.
