Abstract

This article describes a system of motivation of workers on the example of SPK "Krasnyy Ural" Kiginskoe district. Based on the analysis of the composition and structure of the labour force, average monthly salary of employees and the structure of wage Fund proposed specific measures to solve the identified problems.
